Katrina Prow lives and writes in Long Beach, California. Her writing is forthcoming or has recently appeared in The Journal, Pithead Chapel, Redivider, Passages North, Nano Fiction, WhiskeyPaper, Juked, and elsewhere. She received a PhD in Creative Writing, Fiction from Texas Tech University in May of 2017. Today, she is back in Southern California, where she teaches Creative Writing courses at both Chapman University and, her alma mater, CSULB. Outside of teaching, she still finds freedom waiting tables and is working on a novel about the restaurant industry after many years in the 'biz.
